Two ” Yummy italian soups” for baby.

Baby food from 6 months:

Velvety peas soup

Ingredients:

50 g of fresh peas, a small potato, a zucchini, a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil, a teaspoon of grated cheese.

Preparation:

Wash and clean the peas, potatoes and pickled courgettes well. Cut the potatoes and the courgettes, put them in a saucepan together with the peas and 250 ml of water and boil for half an hour.
Blend the vegetables, combine with the broth and pour into a saucer. Season with oil and cheese and serve to baby.

 

Cheerful Potato Cream

Ingredients:

One small potato, 2-3 lettuce leaves, 200 ml vegetable broth, one teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil, 30 g soft soft cheese, 2-3 parsley leaves.

Preparation:

Wash and clean the vegetables thoroughly, cut into pieces and cook them for about thirty minutes. Blend the vegetables with the puddle, put it in a pan, add the vegetable broth and heat it. Pour into a saucer, season with the oil and chopped parsley leaves, put the soft cheese into a “facial” design, season with oil and parmesan and serve to baby.
